Check in from Iowa on Faces of South Dakota tour

Our tour director Marie has a terrific group of folks on the road to South Dakota. She checked in with some photos and info on the trip so far!

Sunday we ate lunch at Country Junction  Restaurant– homemade pie for dessert.  Yum!  Then we spent a mystical time at the Field of Dreams in Dyersville, Iowa.  The Ghost Player who talked to us was fabulous.  Being Sunday, we then stopped at the Little Brown Church in the Vale.  This was where the song “The Church in the Wildwood” came from.  We found out the minister was from nearby Youngstown, Ohio!  A very satisfying day.
