๐ŸŽถ Soooouuuuuth Dakota, where the donkeys roam free on the plains ๐ŸŽถ

ACT National Parks 2011 (7)

Thursday was a beautiful day with sun and blue sky. We first visited the Mt Rushmore Borglum Museum then continued on to Mt Rushmore, for many the highlight of the trip.

On our way to Custer State Park to view all the animals, we made a photo stop back at Crazy Horse so we could get some pictures on a clear day. At Custer State Park we got real acquainted with some donkeys that run “wild” there.

We ended our day with a rousing chuckwagon and entertainment at Fort Hays. Everyone agreed it was a very good day.
